ORDERING INFORMATION: Place your order online via our secure server or by calling Toll Free: 1-866-400-7428. All Pensylvania residents are required to pay State sales tax. Forms of accepted methods of payment are as follows: PAYPAL and VISA,MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER CARD THROUGH PAYPAL Orders are packaged and shipped based on availability, and are handled in as timely a manner as possible. .

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please allow approximately 2-3 days to process your order plus the proper time for shipping. Next Day, Two Day and Three Day shipping is available at an additional cost (dimensional weight applies). If you want expedited shipping services please contact us directly at 1-866-400-7428 to place your order. Please note: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all items, unless Free Shipping is offered specifically for that item. The proper shipping amount for your order will be charged to your Credit Card prior to shipment.

Please note:

* For UPS Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

We consider electronically received orders complete and reserve the right to add additional shipping charges if necessary.

*Due to size regulations, “Diamond Series” Base & Upper Cabinets, Tire Racks over 7’ in Length, & Full Extension Ramps, must be transported by truck line only and will be price quoted before shipment. You can save the extra $30 residential delivery fee if these large items can be shipped to a commercial address.

RETURNED GOODS
Trailer Pals will accept returns subject to the following conditions: The products must be new, unused, uninstalled & complete with all parts including a copy of the sales invoice.  When you call or email we will arrange for the return and issue you a return authorization number. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE RETURNING AND GIVEN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER,NO EXCEPTIONS!! All  product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 15 days upon receipt of item. No returns for any products after 15 days.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS: Please ship your package back to us, with return authorization number written on the outside of the box where it is clearly visible to the receiving department, via UPS, FedEx or USPS INSURED for sufficent amount .If your package is uninsured, we are not reponsible for loss or damage of your item,and in such case, may not be held liable for a refund on the item. Insurance protects both the buyer AND seller!! Once item is received, a confirmation of receipt of item and issue of refund ,less 20% restocking charge, if applicable, will be emailed to you.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Packages are shipped F.O.B. Point of Origin. All shipments are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carrier. Do not return products without prior authorization & a damage claim number from shipper.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Trailer Pals Warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description above.
