RETURNED GOODS
Trailer Pals will accept returns subject to the following conditions: The products must be new, unused, uninstalled & complete with all parts including a copy of the sales invoice.  When you call or email we will arrange for the return and issue you a return authorization number. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE RETURNING AND GIVEN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. RETURNS RECIEVED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER,NO EXCEPTIONS!! All  product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 15 days upon receipt of item. No returns for any products after 15 days.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS: Please ship your package back to us, with return authorization number written on the outside of the box where it is clearly visible to the receiving department, via USPS, FedEx or UPS INSURED mail.If your package is uninsured, we are not reponsible for loss or damage of your item,and in such case, may not be held liable for a refund on the item. Insurance protects both the buyer AND seller!! Once item is received, a confirmation of receipt of item and issue of refund ,less 20% restocking charge, if applicable, will be emailed to you.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Packages are shipped F.O.B. Tucson, AZ. All shipments are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carrier. Do not return products without prior authorization & a damage claim number from shipper.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Trailer Pals Warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description above.
